Hotel San Antonio - Tampico

The hotel offers a cozy atmosphere for families and was impressively clean. The pet-friendly policy is a huge plus for those traveling with dogs.

Unfortunately, the room setup was lacking. Just two towels provided for a family of four is inadequate. There were only two bottles of water on the first day, with none on the second. The sheets had a musty odor, quite off-putting. The absence of amenities like a fridge or microwave made it difficult to manage meals efficiently.

The hotel's location was excellent, so close to airport. We got a room with a tub.

The room was very noisy, we expected better.

My recent stay had clean, cozy rooms and functional elevators, but the pool area was filthy, sadly impacting my family vacation experience. I'd think twice before coming back.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry services. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with directions, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend enjoying their lovely dining room for breakfast. I'm coming back for a city break!

Loved the chill atmosphere. The staff were super friendly, and the pool was large and clean-definitely a highlight! Breakfast was great, with a nice buffet setup. Just wish there were more towels in the room, a bit of a hassle for our family. Still, it fit our needs for a quick stay.
